"I would like to continue going to school
so that I can get good education. There is so much I
need to learn! Education is important for me to become
something in life. It is the only thing that can help
me to lead a good life and enable me to take care of
my beloved mother and younger sister in future."
These words of a 13-year-old boy Sathyaraj, is much
of an echo of the most of the students who are the beneficiaries
of Sanmarg. Born in a poor family, life does not have much to offer for
Satyaraj much happy memories to store. When fate took
his father he was left with his uneducated and unemployed
mother and one younger sister to face the life at this
young age. Left with no other choice his mother started
to do labor work and strived to make a living out of
it. With her little earning she was finding it difficult
to make the ends meet and the education of young Sathyaraj
came under threat.
This honest and obedient young boy got his reward
for his sincere and hard working nature, when Sanmarg
opted to sponsor his education. Now with the assurance
from Sanmarg for his education, the smile in his face
and the hope in his heart has comeback and has reinstated
the faith to chase his dreams of making a better life.
